Vince Franco came to the Riviera Beach Maritime Academy after nearly twenty-five years of service in association and post-secondary school management. His professional career includes the development of many unique programs that generated attendance, membership and non-traditional revenue. Before joining the RBMA team, he directed a non-profit foundation for a private college in Central Pennsylvania. Prior to that, he directed the educational programs for a nation-wide trade association and traveled extensively to train colleagues and accredit their programs.
His professional career includes a considerable amount of marketing, public relations, fundraising and grant writing. He also has applied a combination of practical and academic experience to a variety of consultancies for the non-union construction trade association and other organizations. These professional efforts have been recognized by the National Association for Construction Education and Research through the designation of a certified Construction Education Professional.
He is active in a variety of civic and cultural organizations. Outside of professional interests, he travels, reads and enjoys living in Lake Worth with his wife, children and dog.
